Paranza Launches New Monthly Brunch at Atlantis Resort

For those seeking a memorable dining experience, Paranza at The Cove, Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island has introduced a new brunch that offers a wide variety of flavorful dishes. The brunch, held once a month, features a set menu filled with a variety of Italian and seafood-inspired dishes. The March menu included an impressive selection of starters like whipped ricotta fig waffles, lobster benedict, duck confit and truffle ravioli, frittata, fresh fruit, and crispy seafood, all designed to be shared.



For the main course, guests could choose from three options: a rich seafood risotto, tender slow-cooked lamb, or strawberry grouper. The meal ended on a sweet note with three expertly crafted shared desserts, including tiramisu, bombolini, and panna cotta. The brunch also offers unlimited mimosas and spritz cocktails, adding to the overall experience.


Seating is available both indoors and outdoors, with music playing throughout the event, creating a lively atmosphere.
