Today, we're introducing our "International Flavours" Series, where we’ll explore some of the finest global dining experiences around The Bahamas. Kicking off the series is Costa, located at Rosewood, Bahamar in New Providence. Costa specialises in Mexican cuisine, offering a vibrant and flavourful menu inspired by traditional dishes, with a focus on fresh seafood.

Among the standout dishes featured on their menu, we highly recommend the flavourful Tuna Tostada, the dual-sauced Grilled Snapper, the grilled whole Jumbo Shrimp served on a potato purée, and for those with a sweet tooth, don't miss the Churros—a perfect finish to any meal.

Costa has also recently introduced a new dessert that’s a real showstopper. It combines house-made coconut ice cream, a pecan nut brittle, and salted caramel, all served in a coconut half shell.

The ambience at Costa enhances the overall dining experience. The restaurant offers airy outdoor seating surrounded by a serene koi fish pond, providing a peaceful and picturesque environment.

If you're looking for a relaxed dining experience with authentic Mexican flavours, Costa at Rosewood, Bahamar is a place you won’t want to miss.
