"Brunch Thyme" at Wild Thyme: A Flavorful Nassau Experience

VIDEO HIGHLIGHT One of Nassau’s newest brunch events is "Brunch Thyme" at Wild Thyme, located on East Bay Street. This monthly event offers guests a fun and flavourful dining experience and includes unlimited small plates, allowing attendees to sample a variety of dishes.
The menu is curated by Chef Devan McPhee, and the most recent spread featured expertly prepared flame-grilled seafood, meats, and vegetables (shrimp, salmon, fresh pork, fresh corn, etc.), breakfast options (thyme waffles and eggs), and both international (sweet potato & cassava cakes, beet salad, quinoa bowl, etc.) and Bahamian classics (rich stew fish or conch, buttery grits, potato salad, etc.). The meal was also capped off with three decadent dessert options, including moist banana bread and cheesecake.
The food is not only flavourful but also served in generous portions, ensuring no one leaves hungry. As part of the brunch experience, guests can enjoy unlimited mimosas, with additional cocktails available for purchase. The outdoor seating adds to the vibrant atmosphere, complemented by a great music selection.
Service is also attentive, ensuring that guests have everything they need to fully enjoy their time.
